Current Role:

My role at Connect6 Group is to lead our operations, including planning and executing processes related to the sales interaction, backend tracking, follow up and overall efficiency. From there, ensuring we have the proper HR and Recruitment infrastructure to support our growth plans. This role goes hand in hand with my operational strengths. For every process, I look at all angles, from our staff satisfaction, client satisfaction, customer satisfaction, company efficiency, ease of use and ask my self what can I do to make this operational process more effective? I strive to enhance operations at all levels and my passion to create a better environment for all fuels my determination. 

What I find really rewarding in this role is the development of our teams. Investing in our people is the most important aspect for us in order to sustain growth. Watching our teams become more skilled makes me feel honoured to be part of such a great culture of growth at Connect6 Group.

Career Progression:

Ever since I moved into a management role right out of University, I have never looked back. With over a decade of leadership experience, I still find I am learning something new everyday. It could be from our leadership team, or any of our staff members. I truly believe there is always something to learn as being a leader requires constant evolution since growth also involves change and adaptation. My biggest learning from being in this industry is that empowerment and trust go a long way in commitment to the team’s overall vision. How we empower our teams is something that I truly believe will be the biggest factor in Connect6 Group’s continued success.  

What do you love about your job?

What I love about Connect6 Group is the winning culture. Connect6 Group takes pride in people development at every level and the passion for this is contagious. I truly believe this passion for development is what sets Connect6 Group apart of other agencies. Anytime there is a new situation or a challenge, every individual comes together as a team and I can feel the drive to succeed and overcome anything. I am honoured to be part of a team that has been very innovative to plan and execute new processes to enhance the sales interactions and continue to focus on growth.

What do you love to do in your free time?

When I am not working, I will most likely be watching hockey or with my kids at one of their many sports that they are a part of. My son has very strong aspirations and I am there to support him every step of the way. I am also a big foodie as my wife and I always try something different and unique every weekend.
